CHEESE - SPINACH PIE | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 (16 oz.) sm. curd cottage cheese, thawed 3 eggs 1/4 c. melted butter 1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Thoroughly squeeze out excess water from spinach. Mix ingredients thoroughly. Turn into a buttered (Pam) 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until set. |
