ORIENTAL COLD BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. head broccoli
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

Cut and cook broccoli until crisp-tender, about 5-8 minutes. Cool. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli before serving. May refrigerate.
