3 c. zucchini
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 eggs
1 c. cheddar cheese, sharp
3/4 c. Bisquick or Jiffy mix
1/3 c. cooking oil
4 or 5 tbsp. water

Mix all together, put in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
