BARBECUE SHRIMP 
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic, crushed
4 bay leaves, crushed
2 tsp. rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sea salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper (may use more if desired)
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Melt butter and add olive oil in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Mix the remaining ingredients. Add mixture to olive oil and butter mixture and cook for 7 minutes over medium heat. Let cool for 30 minutes. Warm mixture and add 1 1/2 pounds of shrimp. Cook on stove top for 6 minutes or until shrimp are pink, stirring frequently. Place in 450°F oven for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring often. Serve with warm bread.

Note: Olive oil mixture is also great as a bread dipper.
