ENOLA'S BARBEQUED SHRIMP 
1 tbsp. reduced calorie butter
12 med. shrimp, peeled & deveined
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. each salt & ground oregano
1/8 tsp. each ground white & red pepper & file powder
1 tbsp. steak sauce
1/4 c. light beer

In a large skillet over high heat, melt the butter. Add the shrimp, basil, salt, oregano, white and red pepper and file powder. Saute 3 minutes, or until the shrimp starts to stick to the bottom of the skillet, but stir constantly to prevent burning. Add steak sauce, chopped onion and beer. Cook, stirring 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings.
