1 1/2 lb. white chocolate coating
2 c. Rice Chex
2 c. Corn Chex
2 c. Cheerios
1 (12 oz.) pkg. M&M'S®
1 (16 oz.) jar dry roasted peanuts

Melt white chocolate in double boiler (or microwave); scorches easily. Mix all ingredients in large container. When coating has melted, pour over ingredients. Mix well. Spread mix on 2 large pieces of foil, let cool and set. Break large pieces into bite-size. Store in tightly covered container.

You might find 1 1/2 pounds of white chocolate coating is too sweet. 1/2 this amount is sufficient for our taste.
