HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. hash browns, shredded and thawed 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream 2 c. grated cheese 1 stick butter 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. chopped onion Mix all ingredients and put into buttered casserole dish. Mix 1/4 cup soft butter and 2 cups crushed cornflakes. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be frozen before cooking if desired. |
