HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hash browns
2 tbsp. chopped onions
2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water
3/4 stick melted butter
2 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients except crushed corn flakes. Place in casserole. Top with corn flakes. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour over flakes. (For best results grease pan before filling.) Bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
