HASH BROWN - CORN BEEF CASSEROLE 
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 can corn beef
2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and put into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix 3 cups Corn Flakes with 1/4 cup melted butter and put over top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
