HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased long casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
