HAMBURGER AND RICE DINNER 
1 c. green peppers
1 c. onions
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cooked rice
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. ground beef

Saute green peppers and onions in butter. Add tomatoes, garlic salt and salt. Brown ground beef and add to tomato mixture with chili powder. Simmer. Add 3 cups cooked rice.
