COCONUT LAYER SALAD | |
1 stick butter 1 c. flour 2 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 c. powdered sugar 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip Cut in butter, flour, and powdered sugar. Pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown. Mix together last 3 ingredients. Spread mixture on cooled crust. Mix 2 packages instant coconut pudding as directed. Spread on top of cream cheese. Add 1 cup Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup nuts on top if desired. |
