3 c. sliced zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. oil
4 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. parsley
Salt & pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in large bowl. Mix until moistened. Spread in 10 x 13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees until golden (about 30-40 minutes). Cut into squares. Serve warm.
