3 c. zucchini squash
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 cloves garlic (chopped)

Mix all of the above ingredients. Pour into well greased 12x9x2 inch pan. Bake in 350 oven approximately 30 minutes.
