CHEDDAR CHEESE AND HAM PIE 
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. diced cooked ham
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (9") unbaked deep dish pastry shell

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss cheese with flour. Add eggs, milk, ham and seasonings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield 6 servings.
