3 c. grated zucchini
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix ingredients, spread in pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut in small squares.
