AH-SO-FAT-SO 
1/2 med. onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 med. tomato
1 or 2 c. chopped chicken
1 c. MJB brown rice, cooked
3 pkts. Sweet 'n Low
2 ice tsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. Kikkoman sauce

Into a small square Corningware pan, cut onion and tomato into fourths. Cut bell pepper into chunks. Cover with water and lid. Cook until vegetables are transparent and water has boiled down. Add mixture of cornstarch and water. When mixture is semi thick add Kikkoman plus sweetener. Let simmer on low for 5 minutes and add chicken. Stir and cover until hot. Spoon over MJB brown rice. Serves 2 people or 1 hungry dieter. Less than 50 calories plus very satisfying.
