NACHO POTATOES 
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Hot salsa
3 med. to lg. potatoes

Wash potatoes, remove eyes. Slice very thin, about 1/4 inch thick slices. Spread out potatoes. Cover with waxed paper (use microwavable plate).

Microwave on High about 8 minutes, turning 1/4 turn halfway through. Spread cheese on top, and let sit 2 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa. Serves 4-5 people.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
