NUT STUFFING 
2 (7 to 8 oz.) pkgs. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
3/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. chicken broth
6 oz. can sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 1/2 c. chopped toasted pecans or walnuts

Toss stuffing mix with the melted butter and chicken broth. Add mushrooms and nuts and toss lightly. Makes enough stuffing for a 14 to 16 pound turkey.
