ORANGE NUT CHICKEN 
3 tbsp. oil
3 lg. chicken breasts, halved
1 (6 oz.) can orange juice, thawed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. water
2/3 c. walnuts
1 green onion, sliced

Brown chicken breasts in oil. Stir in orange juice, salt, seasoning, and 3/4 cup water. Heat to boiling. Lower heat, cover and simmer 1/2 hour. Baste often. Remove chicken and keep warm on serving platter. Blend cornstarch and 2 tablespoon water in small cup. Slowly stir into skillet liquids. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Add nuts and onion. Spoon over chicken. Serves 6.
