CHEESECAKE 
6 eggs
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 unbaked graham cracker crust
1 pt. sour cream mixed with 2 tbsp. sugar and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare graham cracker crust in 12 inch springform pan. Beat eggs, add next four ingredients. Mix well; pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until firm. Raise oven temperature to 400 degrees, spread sour cream mixture on baked cake, return to oven for 5 minutes. Serves 25.
