RICHMOND STEAK SANDWICH 
1 to 2 lg. onions
1 to 2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. can mushrooms
4 to 6 oz. leftover steak
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
Choice of bread, 2 slices
Choice of cheese, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or Swiss

Saute onion in butter. Add mushrooms. Slice steak thinly. Add steak and seasonings. Heat until meat is heated through. Divide into 2 parts. Put on bread. Top with cheese and microwave on toast until cheese melts. Serve open faced. Serves 2.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
