STEAK PO BOY SANDWICH 
2-3 lbs. sirloin roast
8 garlic cloves
1 medium white onion
Season-All
Coarse black pepper
Cooked bacon
Swiss cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Sauteed onion

Stuff sirloin roast with garlic cloves and diced onion; sprinkle liberally with Season-All and fresh ground black pepper. Cook at 350 degrees until medium rare, about 145 degrees on a meat thermometer. Retain cooking juices (au jus) to use later. When ready to prepare the sandwich, reheat sliced meat in the au jus. On a po boy bun, place sliced meat, one strip of bacon, sauteed onion, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomato. Spoon warm au jus over sandwich and serve.
