STEAK AND PEPPER SANDWICHES | |
1 lb. beef, cut into strips 1 onion, sliced 1 green pepper, cut in strips 3/4 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. olive oil 4 crusty rolls, split and toasted Cook onion, green pepper and oregano in oil over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes. Remove and keep warm. Add beef to pan and fry until cooked. Return vegetables to pan and stir to combine. Remove from heat and place equal amounts of beef mixture on bottom half of each roll. Close sandwiches. |
