CRAB SALAD 
1/2 bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
2 oz. pimiento, drained
8 oz. pkg. imitation crab meat, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. nonfat mayonnaise
Black pepper (to taste)

Combine bell pepper, onion and crab meat and pimiento. Mix in mayonnaise, then add enough black pepper to suit your taste. Chill in refrigerator.
