MEXICALI GRITS 
3/4 c. grits
3 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter
6 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1 roll jalapeno cheese Kraft squeeze cheese or
6 oz. Mexican Velveeta
2 eggs beaten
1 (4 oz.) green chilies seeded and washed thoroughly
4 drops tabasco
Paprika

Add grits gradually to boiling salted water. Boil until thick about 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Add butter and cheese continue stirring and add 2 beaten eggs. Let come to a boil and add chilies and tabasco. Put into 9x9 baking dish. Sprinkle paprika on top bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees.
