3 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 c. macaroni uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 stick Extra sharp Cracker Barrel cheese
1 qt. milk

In 9 x 13 Pyrex dish in 350 degree oven. Melt butter. Remove. Add macaroni and stir to coat well. Add salt and pepper and grated cheese. Add milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour uncovered.
