MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
Lay canned tamales in bottom of casserole dish. Mix one can whole kernel corn with one can chili. Spread over tamales. Grated cheese and sliced olives are optional on top. Warm in microwave or oven.

You can double for more than 4 people. Easy to keep ingredients on hand for unexpected company.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
