MEXICAN DISH 
2 lg. cans tamales
1 lg. can chili with beans
3 c. chopped onion
4 c. grated cheese

Remove wrappers from tamales. Place in rows in bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Heat the chili. Put chopped onion over the tamales, also part of the cheese. Pour heated chili over onions and cheese and tamales. Add remaining cheese. Heat in oven until bubbly hot at 375 degrees. May add more chili seasoning or hot peppers if desired. Good served with shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes.
