MEXICAN DISH 
Homemade chili with beans or canned chili with beans
10 flour tortillas
Cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and onions
Enchilada sauce (mild or hot)

Spoon chili and cheese on a flat flour tortilla, then roll and place in a greased pan. Top with shredded cheese and enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes. Then top with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and enchilada sauce.
