PJ'S POACHED EGGS | |
2 to 4 eggs half pot of water pinch of salt (optional) ... and a stove! First get two eggs (or how many you want), put aside. Secondly get a half pot full of water and put it to a boil. Then crack the eggs in the pot. DO NOT STIR! Wait for 7 to 10 minutes. Then pour out the water carefully. Lastly put the poached eggs in a serving bowl. Final step! Enjoy!!
