POACHED EGG IN MICROWAVE 
Egg
water
apple cider vinegar

In a custard cup, combine 1 egg, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 3 tablespoons water, and this is very important - you MUST poke the yoke with a toothpick 2 to 3 times (if not, prepare for a massive clean up!)

Now, microwave on high for 30 to 35 seconds, depending on microwave power and the doneness that you like. Using a slotted ladle, strain off water and enjoy the way you like.
