JAN'S COCONUT BARS 
CRUST:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Pat into 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups coconut flakes
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sweetened condensed milk, coconut flakes and vanilla. Immediately pour over baked crust and return to oven for 10 more minutes.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE:

1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips

While still warm, frost with chocolate chips and cut into bars.
