JAMAICAN BBQ SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. tomato puree
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. MSG, optional
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all together. Pour into quart jar. Cover and refrigerate until you are ready to use this fantastic barbecue sauce.
