1/4 c. chopped onions
4 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tbsp. pepper
1/4 c. catsup
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. This is very good to let simmer for about 3-4 hours in chopped up roast. There should be enough sauce to reach the top of the roast.
