APPLE DESSERT OR BREAKFAST TREAT 
1/2 apple (in chunks, with skin)
1/2 c. water
Sugar substitute (to taste)
2 tbsp. oat bran
Cinnamon (to taste)

1. Combine chunks of apple with all ingredients in covered bowl.

2. Cook in microwave on high for five minutes. Can be eaten warm or cold.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
