BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
MUFFIN:

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. sifted flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

MUFFIN: Cream butter, add sugar and beat. Add egg and beat well. Add sifted dry ingredients alternating with milk. Fold in the blueberries. Fill muffin tin (oiled) 2/3 full. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix all ingredients together.
