BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar for top of muffins
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. blueberries
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Melt butter and add sugar, stir until fluffy. Add eggs, milk and rest of ingredients, except blueberries; mix well. Mix in berries. Line muffin pan with paper liners and fill liners to the top with mix. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. You can substitute berries with any fresh fruit or banana or apples as you wish.
