LIME-CHERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 lg. lime jello (or 2 sm.)
1 c. hot water
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. walnut meats (diced small)
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. maraschino cherries (diced small)

Combine lime jello and hot water and stir completely until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple and stir. Add sour cream and stir. Add cherries and nuts and stir. Chill in refrigerator until gelled.
