BANQUET CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. frozen cut broccoli (precook halfway)
3 full chicken breasts (they usually come in halves)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. onion flakes
2 c. grated Cheddar
2 c. bread cubes
1/3 cube butter

Boil chicken for about 30 minutes. Debone it and cut it into bite size pieces. Spread broccoli and chicken in bottom of pan.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chestnuts, curry and onion flakes and spread over. Spread grated cheese over that. Melt butter and mix with bread cubes. Spread over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
