HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. precooked chicken
2 c. celery, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. onion, grated
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cheese, grated (American or Cheddar)
1 c. potato chips, crushed

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Toss lightly and turn into casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and top with chips. Bake at 450 degrees about 10 minutes, or until hot. This makes a good dish for a ladies luncheon or brunch. It is good cold, as a salad. Serves 6.
