BREAKFAST PIZZA 
2 1/2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb. bulk sausage (may use bacon or ham)
1 1/4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1 c. mild cheddar cheese, grated
6-7 eggs
1/3 c. milk
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese

Brown sausage and crumble. Layer crescent rolls and pinch together (on cookie sheet) to form crust. Sprinkle sausage and hash browns over crust. Spread cheese on top.

Mix eggs together with milk, salt and pepper; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 375 degrees approximately 1/2 hour.

Note: If you make ahead of time do not add egg mixture until ready to bake. Easy recipe and great for holiday mornings, company or kids sleepovers!
