LEMON SQUARE BARS 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Dash of salt
2 c. flour

FILLING:

4 eggs, well beaten
1/4 c. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice (can use real lemons)

Combine all ingredients for crust and mix. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Be sure not to over bake. Crust should not be brown; just set.

FILLING: Combine all ingredients; beat with a spoon. Pour onto cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool. Dust with confectioners sugar. Cut into squares and serve.
