CHEESE PEPPER BREAD 
6 c. flour
3 c. warm water
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 full tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chili peppers, chopped

Stir salt, sugar, yeast in warm water until yeast is dissolved. Sift in the flour, add cheese and chilies and mix well. Let stand in a warm place to rise double in size. Beat down to regular size and put in a well greased baking pan. Let rise again and bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. I use a 1 pound coffee can to bake this bread too. Makes a nice small loaf for gifts for serving.
