1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. soft butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 c. quick oats
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 med. apples, shredded
1 c. nuts

Cream together brown sugar and butter. Add other ingredients and mix. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
