CAJUN STYLE BBQ RIBS 
3 lb. pork spare ribs or country backs
1 c. hickory smoked BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed

Combine all ingredients except ribs in saucepan. Mix well. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Place ribs on the grill. When ribs are done, apply the sauce.
