COCOA BUTTER FROSTING 
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

In medium saucepan melt butter. Remove from heat; add cocoa and mix well. Add vanilla. Beat in sugar and milk until smooth. Add additional milk if necessary. Makes enough to fill and frost two 8 or 9 inch layers or one 13 x 9 inch cake.
