1 3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Nestles Quick cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
Nuts, chopped

Cream butter and sugar. Beat the egg and reserve 1 tablespoon. Blend in dry ingredients. Chill. Shape into long rolls 3/4 inch in diameter. Flatten with fork to 1/4 inch. Smooth edges. Brush with reserved egg mixture. Sprinkle with chopped nuts mixed with a little sugar. Bake at 400 degrees 10 to 12 minutes. Cut diagonally.
