2 med. sweet potatoes
2 med. apples
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. (1/4 c.) brown sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice sweet potatoes. Peel, core and slice apples. Mix together remaining ingredients. Add potatoes and apples. Place in covered baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven 50-60 minutes (or until tender).
