KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
1 can (No. 2) kidney beans, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
2 tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/3 c. salad dressing

Combine the first five ingredients; add seasonings. Toss mixture lightly with salad dressing. Yield: 6 servings.
